Shop Ananda Yoga Instituto

Founded in 1967 by Jordi Colomer Fonts, originally on Travessera de Les Corts, Ananda Yoga Instituto has dedicated over 40 years to teaching yoga, the physical and mental discipline born in India.

The centre enjoys great prestige thanks to its extensive experience and renown of its founder, teacher trainer by the European Union of Yoga and the Spanish Association of Yoga Practitioners, full member of the International Yoga Teachers Association, founder and president for 5 years of the Spanish Association of Yoga Practitioners, organizer and president of the 1st and 2nd national Congress of Yoga in Spain and author of several books on the subject.

With an exterior 70 square metre room without columns or noises, the centre offers classes (15 people at most) on different types of yoga (Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Vinyasa), tai chi, meditation, Pilates (mat and machine) and anti-stress techniques. It also offers courses for instructors of Yoga Nidra and special classes for companies (both in the centre and at the company’s premises).
